This is a hidden jewel in downtown Quitman. La Poblanita has the best Mexican food I’ve had in the US. The flavors are amazing; homemade tortillas, soups and their meats are seasoned and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is simple and quaint. It feels like you are visiting your grandma(in Mexico). The service was excellent and simple. I’ve been back on repeat as I can’t get enough of the flavors. Be warned: it’s addictive!
